WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING MADE?

Every piece is lovingly handcrafted in our Michigan studio.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE PRODUCTION?

No, our artistry team personally reviews and ensures it will meet our highest standards of quality and translate beautifully into a finished piece.

If you are uncertain about your image, we invite you to email it to us for guidance. We will be delighted to confirm whether it will achieve the refined result you envision. And should we ever feel that an image will not meet our standards of quality, we will let you know before moving forward.

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO DO I NEED TO SUBMIT TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every order is handled with the utmost care and attention. We want your experience to feel seamless from the moment you purchase to the moment your package arrives at your door. 

To ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, we ask that you allow up to fifteen (15) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production and delivery.

WILL YOU SHARE PICTURES OF MY ORDER ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We love to show our work and the great gifts we create with you. Places we share include our website, our blog, emails, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and occasionally through collaborations with other bloggers.

Shipping

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY PACKAGE ONCE I RECEIVING MY SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?

United States Shipments

Transit times vary by location but generally take between two and five (2-5) business days when shipped within the contiguous U.S. This means most items will have a delivery estimate of ten to fifteen (10-15) business days after the date the order is placed and your art has been verified. 

International Shipments

We ship our products Internationally. However, we cannot guarantee International delivery times due to customs. The recipient will be responsible for all additional costs incurred from local government duties/taxes assessed prior to/upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING: WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

You may monitor your order’s progress using the secure tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dedicated shipping confirmation email with detailed tracking information.

Domestic Deliveries

Should your package appear delayed or misplaced, we recommend first contacting UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877, as they will have the most current information regarding its location. In many cases, they are able to resolve delivery concerns quickly—whether the package has been left with a neighbor, an apartment office, or mistakenly scanned as delivered while still en route.

If you suspect your package has been stolen, please be advised this constitutes theft. In such cases, a police report must be filed, as UPS fulfills its obligation once delivery to the provided address is complete. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for stolen parcels.

International Deliveries

We proudly ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. Once your order clears U.S. customs, it is transferred to the local postal authority in the destination country for final delivery.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local logistics.

Duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees cannot be calculated or prepaid by us.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE?

No, for orders placed on our website, a signature is not required to receive your package. Major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS) will leave the package at your door if no one is home.

Orders & Payments

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes, we process all payments securely through Shopify and do not store any of your payment information.

WHAT IF I CANNOT PLACE MY ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

Our website is designed to give you the best possible ordering experience. On rare occasions, issues may arise in older browsers, if your cookies are disabled, or if you have an inconsistent internet connection. If you are having trouble, please contact us and we would be happy to help you place your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We offer a large selection of secure and convenient payment options, including all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for an accelerated checkout experience.

For your convenience, we offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option from Afterpay and Klarna, allowing you to enjoy their purchase immediately while spreading payments over time.

WILL YOU INCLUDE A RECEIPT WITH MY ORDER?

No, since we never know if the order is a gift we only include a package slip with your shipment. Your receipt will be emailed to you once your order is placed or is available on your customer profile.

Returns & Cancellations

What is the return policy?

All sales are considered final due to the custom nature of our products.

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to fix the problem!  

Keep in mind that items made from wood may vary slightly from what is shown in the listing pictures, due to variations in wood grain, natural minor imperfections in the wood.

Are any purchases final sale?

All sales are considered final due to the custom nature of our products.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.  

We are happy to cancel your orders within 24 hours of it being placed. Due to the custom nature of our products and expedited turn-around time, we cannot accept refund requests after this 24-hour grace period.
